The Help Desk system enables travellers to ask specific questions on their conclusion and receive answers as soon as possible (We reply to most messages within 24 hours). Our Help desk is right place to find information posted by our team or one of our representatives in Croatia and around the world. If you cannot find an answer in our documentation or on the website, please log into the Croatour Help Desk and submit your ticket.

How Help Desk work

1. Submission
Submit support issue, optionally attach related file and await our response. You will receive your ticket number in your email.

2. Review
Our support team reviews your submitted issue and decides on it's priority and assigns qualified representative.

3. Response
The representative responds to the issue, answering your question.

4. Update
You can update issue with additional information after reading representative response.

5. Response
The representative responds to additional information submited by you.

6. Public Issue
If the submited information is not under obligation described in Privacy policy the team and you then decide whether to include the issue in public knowledge bank; searchable by other travellers.
